Staff and rooms at that SUPERIOR hotel were beautiful. A shower, a bidet and terry cloth bathrobes were available there. Besides, it had a parking which was located on-site.

The staff are great, and the breakfast is good. Superior queen room included a minibar, climate control and a private safe. I loved the garden. There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like D"locura, set within 15 minutes walk or so.

the garden and pool were lovely, beautiful old building and relaxed atmosphere
The rooms were undoubtedly beautifully decorated and authentic but I found them very dark with very little natural light and there was a musty smell at times (although I realise it's a very old building and it is really well kept). The hotel was nice but I felt that it may be better suited to an older clientele: they have a sister hotel Monasterio which seemed more modern and I would probably go for this instead if I stayed in El Puerto again

Very interesting hotel with wonderful interiors. There is a beautiful park. I think it's wonderful in summer. Comfortable, free parking on site, for a big car. We took a standard room, but I think that since we were in November, we were given an improved room. The room was in a historic building and included 2 very spacious rooms, a large bathroom. The room had beautiful antique furniture. In general, the room was impressive. There was a free bottle of water and a cake on arrival, it's always nice. The room has bathrobes and slippers. The disposable set includes shampoo, gel, conditioner, body lotion, toothbrush and paste (which is a rarity in Spain), razor and cream. However, there was a heating problem in the room and we had to move to another room ... which unfortunately was already not so chic. Before bedtime, we leave small chocolates and wishes in the room. I'd like to say a special word about employees... just above praise. It's been a long time since I've seen one of these. They respond to every request. They immediately solve any problem. They're very kind.
No such thing.
